Bringing sunshine to Amsterdam

You know that feeling when you can relax with a cup of coffee on a lazy day, planning your blog posts ahead, find time to select and "play" with the pictures, come up with some good recommendations and smart-ass lines...? Me neither...
I am, as we speak, in a hurry to write whatever on the blog because I haven't posted in one month and there are many many beautiful photos to share, not to mention the flight I should catch in a few hours... So I will make this short and sweet, as per usual.
Amsterdam has quickly become one of my favorite destinations... When the weather is nice 😊... Which I heard, it doesn't happen very often. What can I say? I was lucky enough to catch some sunny days in this wonderful city... Or I brought the sunshine with me? I haven't decided yet if I wanna take credit for that, ha ha.
The beauty of this city reminds me of Copenhagen, but with an even better vibe, more relaxed and happier people... I have a slightly idea why...😂 I was more than fascinated with these guys... I couldn't take my eyes off some of them... Amsterdam is the kind of place where I would just sit on the side of the canal with a cup of coffee and look at the beautiful people passing by with their cool bikes, Vespas or even cooler boats... Oh wait, I actually did that, ha ha... And did I mentioned I want a boat? Somebody should fixe that 😋
Anyhow, I shall stop here for now. Sit back and enjoy the photos.
Hugs, kisses & good vibes! 💛

Meet Me In Frankfurt

For a few sunny days, Frankfurt felt like the best city in the world.
This happened when I spontaneously decided to fly there and visit my best friend. My happiness was over the roof the moment I got reunited with my brunette Halfie. Two girls, one city and a very patient boyfriend was the recipe for a fun vacation... I have to thank Adi for the pretty pictures and for hanging in there while we were joking and fooling around. ^_^
About Frankfurt there isn't much to say. It's a quiet city with simple people and a bit of an industrial touch. My favorite activities included sitting on the grass next to the river and looking at the people passing by, lunching/dinning with two of my favorite people in the world, instagramming the coffee with my Halfie while Adi was pretending he doesn't know us, ha ha :))
And this is only half of the fun stuff I got to do there... Things got even better once I received a wonderful surprise... Apparently my good karma followed me to Frankfurt. ^_^
It is amazing how things just fall into place when you least expect it...
I am a happy lucky Blondie. ^_^

Five minutes of tango in Buenos Aires

Hola, queridos!
Argentina was such a lovely experience and I was thrilled to go there. I blame my excitement on watching to many telenovelas while growing up. I think somewhere in my subconscious, I was hoping to see Mili right around the corner, ha ha. :P
Getting back to real life, my trip to Buenos Aires was so short I managed to take all my photos on one street.... One tiny, colorful, charming street called Caminito.  We went there hoping to see some beautiful Argentinians dancing tango, however we arrived too early.
We were pretty much freezing (8 degrees Celsius, I definitely wasn't prepared for that), therefor we decided to have breakfast in this cute little place: Cafe Cultural Aleph.  The cozy atmosphere brought me back to my childhood, having tea and cake in my grandma's house. I think the vintage details, homemade pastries, tasty coffee and our lovely host made this place a successful family business. I hope to have something like this one day...
We did get a little bit of tango... For exactly five minutes, ha ha. Better than nothing I would say.
As usual, I managed to make some new random friends... That came very easy because Argentinians are sweet and friendly people and they become even friendlier when you speak their language. :))
I will end this post with a restaurant recommendation. The way I see it, Juana M.   is a place where the love for food meets the love for art. I was very impressed by the tasteful interior design, the delicious food and local wine selection and by how many people were having dinner there spreading good vibes everywhere.

I wish you all a fun/good night!
Hugs, kisses and good vibes.
